[/b][/color][/size][/center]rebels are the lowest class, according to native utopians. they can be anyone who has left utopia or never joined to start with, whether those people are citizens, specials, or government officials. their base is in the forest, and they constantly move around to keep their location a secret. not much is known about them, only that they wish to end perfection and think the government is corrupt.
citizens.
[/b][/color][/size][/center]citizens of utopia are simply those who live within the city's borders. they attend school until age 18, when they pick a profession and train in it so they can spend the rest of their life - until retirement - helping their city.
government officials.
[/b][/color][/size][/center]these lucky people were hand-picked by the mayor to work behind the scenes of utopia. that, or they just worked really really hard, got a job at the bank or city hall, and were accepted into the government circle. these guys do anything from collect taxes to enforcing laws to conducting secret investigations. they know more about utopia than most of the city, but rank makes it so that some know much more than others. recently, many government positions are being taken by specials.
scientists of DOSE.
[/b][/color][/size][/center]scientists of the department of special experimentation are higher up than most. they work on orders directly from the mayor, dabbling in things so classified it hurts to even speak of it. they create the specials based on the mayor's will, and sometimes control them - but usually not. they also work closely with the higher-up government officials, but that's just so the mayor can keep an eye on them.

[/b][/color][/size][/center]these genetically engineered humanoids are the product of DOSE, and the mayor's secret weapon. not much is known about them, even to the mayor, who ordered their existence; the only ones who truly know and understand these beings and their capabilities are their creators, the scientists. they do a variety of jobs, from hunting rebels to helping the mayor to joining the army, but all are, well, special, and everyone should be wary. besides, there's always the risk that one will escape government control and rebel.

[/b][/color][/size][/center]the mayor is like the president of utopia. he has a council - oftentimes scientists, and high-up officials, and all of utopia is at his beck and call.
