[/size][/font]001. we are a one account per character site. that means that for every character you create, you'll need to make a new account.
002. it is asked that you change your display name to your character's, first last, all in uppercase (middle is optional) as soon as you join. this is to make the site look pretty.
003. it is also encouraged that you register as the character's first and last name, but is not required.
004. there is no limit on the amount of characters you can have. just please, don't go creating a billion and not keep them all active.
005. liquid time is allowed, meaning your character can be in any number of threads at once.
006. your application must be accepted before you begin posting on the site. that means no roleplaying or plotting with that character until it has been approved by staff. please don't bug the staff to look at your character, they have lives too and will get to it as soon as they can.

[/size][/font]001. we have a minimum word count of 200. this isn't asking much, so please, no two sentence replies.
002. all posting is done in third person, past tense. the only exception to this is in the character application.
003. keep the rating in mind, and please don't go over PG-13 with your posts. we are open to all ages and besides, it violates the terms of service and just isn't cool.
004. threads that have been inactive for a month will be moved to the archives.
005. pm a staff member to close a thread for you once it's finished. that thread will be moved to the archives as well.
006. no chatspeak in posts! the only exception is in the cbox, but even then it's preferred if you didn't type with 'u', 'r', 'y,' and other such things. however, phrases like 'brb' are okay. it's alright if your spelling isn't perfect, but please try - there is a spell check if you need it.
007. no godmodding, gary stus, mary sues, and whatnot. there are going to be characters more powerful than others - specials vs citizens, for example - but make sure it isn't too overpowering and you have the other player's consent.
008. when an activity check comes up, please respond quickly. they will be held approximately once a month.

[/size][/font]001. avatars can be 120x200px max. it's not required you have one but it would be nice.
002. make sure images - tables, signatures, etc - don't stretch the board. if they do, they will be taken down. if you need help resizing an image, ask a staff member.

[/size][/font]001. justify tags have been enabled. the button may not work, but if you type in the actual tags [ justify ] [ / justify ] it will justify your text.
002. enhanced ubbc table tags and style tags have also been enabled. feel free to use tables and whatnot in your posting!
003. try to post at least once a week, to keep things moving.
004. it's also asked and appreciated that members advertise for l2b at least once or twice a month, but this is not required and unfortunately no prizes will be given out unless it's an advertising contest.
005. all face claims should be anime-style. this is an anime site, after all. make sure to post your claims.
